
The complete coach offers a number of rates and services. There are 3 standard face to face options to choose from (sessions are 45 mins) and we recently added a new ONLINE coaching service.
Standard memberships:
Revolution: 3 sessions p/week.
$210 + gst
Make a real transformative change to your fitness, body-shape, strength or range of mobility. If you are in a place where you want to get really serious about making some serious long-term changes this is the option for you.
Progress: 2 sessions p/week.
$150 + gst
Start making some consistent progress by setting aside 90 minutes per week to concentrate on specific areas that you most want to work on.
Maintenance/ recovery: 1 session p/week.
$80 + gst
Maintain levels of fitness, strength or mobility, or spend your session working on a particular problem caused by an injury or chronic pain.

All memberships include access to the complete coach website and social media pages which have up to date content with videos on training, mobility, meal prep etc.
Hi guys, just a personal note. All memberships include my help in all aspects pertaining to your chosen goal. I will help you with your diet, I will help you with your stress levels, we will chat about your sleep patterns and all aspects that lead to a healthy and fit lifestyle. If this training needs to compliment a sport you partake in I will tailor it as such. I am available to chat on the phone and to text any time. Basically I'm here to give you constant support in reaching your goal, I don't take too many clients so each of you have enough access to me to help when needed.
