The Complete Coach really makes sense when you start working with Andrew. He really considers the whole picture. I was looking to get into shape having neglected my fitness for a few years. I was struggling with a busy work schedule and new dad duties. I have lost the best part of 10 kgs over three months and I am stronger, happier and leaner than I have been for some time. I have really enjoyed working with Andrew for several reasons:  1. Flexibility On the occasions I do need to change a session it’s always easy. Makes life easy. 2. Sustainability Andrew is really considered in thinking about putting together a plan that I can sustain. He takes the time to really understand what is feasible for me. 3. Personalisation Every step of the way, Andrew has been sensitive to introducing things that will work. For example, he did not push me to start counting calories or radically changing my diet but rather gave me a few simple principles for nutrition that have really worked. 4. Variety No session is the same. Andrew is always adjusting based on what he is seeing. 5. Learning Heavy lifting in the gym is new to me but Andrew gives me just enough info to understand the science without it becoming overwhelming. 6.Holistic Most trainers I have met have been pretty no pain no gain types. Andrew is different and really considers the compete picture like how you are sleeping or how your stress levels at work are. It’s super refreshing and supportive.  And lastly, it’s great fun with plenty of banter and laughs along the way.

We went through a transition from getting me moving again with stretching and mobility, to light weights, through to heavy weights over  the course of ~8 weeks.  Now 12 months on, I've had no further issues with my back and Andrew has continued to adapt my programs to make me fitter and stronger than I've been in 10+ years.
