In order to remain true to my coaching style, I have not scaled my online coaching service. I never have more than 12 online clients at any given time to ensure that each of you have access to me and I can truly help and guide you to your fitness goals.
My online service looks like this:
-30 minute initial in person / video consult.
-Full custom personalised training program (including daily habits and actions to aim for to further help achieve your goal).
-Daily online support to answer questions, motivate or advise.
-Diet and nutrition advice and ideas.
-Weekly one to one video chat to track progress, discuss issues and check in.
-Cost is $49 per week.
