Fit ‘n Fierce @ 40 - 2021!
This program is designed for women in their 40’s that are struggling to manage their fitness around kids, family, work and social lives. The program is designed to get you fit and strong and to burn some kilos along the way if that is one of your goals. All while working around a busy schedule.
Program includes:
3 PT sessions per week (for 6 weeks)
nutrition plan
weekly training and food diary
goal setting and mindset consultation
constant support and advice from a Body Transformation specialist
'“BODY BLAST” 6 week program.
This program is a Body Transformation style program that looks at your current situation and works towards a goal of getting you confident and comfortable on the beach and out and about this summer. Whatever it takes, fitness, weight-loss, toning we design a very specific program based on your goals.
Program includes:
3 PT sessions per week (for 6 weeks)
nutrition plan

constant support and advice from a Body Transformation specialist
For the guys:
“Old Man” strength program 2021
“You don’t stop training when you get old… you get old when you stop training!!” This program is my personal favourite and one of the most important programs for guys who have reached their 40s and allowed their strength to decrease.
“Being strong makes everything better”!! Energy levels, testosterone levels, bone density, sex drive unfortunately guys they are all on the decrease, but what stops that decrease … strength training!

Fit-Fast-Fierce in 2021
Lose weight, get stronger, leaner, fitter and faster! It’s as simple as that, we train hard, we make some small dietary adjustments (that you won’t even notice) and we get results. You will sweat in this program guys. Exercises will be built around your capabilities, likes and previous experience, the program will also work around your schedule.

1 DIY beach session per week
